hololens-showcase-nycMicrosoft’s 5th Avenue flagship store has begun allowing select developers to demo the latest iteration of its HoloLens AR headset. This is the latest and longest stop on Microsoft’s HoloLens demo tour through the US and Canada.

According to Microsoft’s Devices Blog, the previous eleven stops on the tour were fully booked within ninety minutes, hence the extended instillation in NYC, which is planned to stay open indefinitely.

Microsoft hopes that its flagship store’s experience will attract new developers to the device; interested parties can register to request an appointment to demo HoloLens at Microsoft’s HoloLens event page.
