Oculus has just released their long awaited mobile SDK for Android development on Samsung’s forthcoming Gear VR headset.

Oculus Mobile SDK 0.4.0 Now Available for Download

The 868MB Oculus Mobile SDK can be downloaded in the Oculus developer portal here. Oculus has also detailed a documentation section with Gear VR info.

Documentation includes guides on porting and migrating your project to the new mobile SDK, getting your development environment setup optimally and of course the detailed SDK documentation itself.
