‘Rez Infinite’ Coming to PlayStation VR, First Look at Gameplay – Breaking

Virtual reality isn’t getting second class treatment at this year’s Playstation Experience in San Francisco, as a number of beloved titles are now getting VR iterations. Just announced was Rez Infinite, the PlayStation remake in the popular rhythm-based Rez series.

If you can’t figure what’s going on in the least in the PSVR announcement gameplay—you aren’t alone. The Rez series is a psychedelic third-person music game that combines shooting elements, and like the rest of the Rez series, Rez Infinite appears to be a ‘on-rails’ experience.

According to the trailer, Rez Infinite will feature 3D audio and 60 FPS. From the presentation it seemed as though the game may feature both normal and VR modes rather than being VR-only, though we’re still unclear at this point.

If thats what you want you have a better chance betting on PC Vr. Consoles wont be able to give good VR experiences for a long time. The very least the next gen which will probably be in 5 or 6 years.
