Sony Releases Trailer for PSVR Sci-Fi Space Adventure ‘Farpoint’

The PlayStation pre-E3 event revealed a number of upcoming PSVR titles, and among the group of was a new sci-fi space adventure called Farpoint.

The newly announced VR shooter opens with a man and a woman stepping foot on an alien planet, unsure of where they are and what possibly could be waiting for them. Bugs. Lots of bugs.

Developed by Impulse Gear from the ground up for PSVR, Farpoint puts you on a hostile, but breathtaking beautiful alien planet after following an anomaly on Jupiter. You and a group of scientists fight to survive against the planet’s insectoids (that looks to be taking a few cues from Starship Troopers).
