(2016) and Angry Birds VR: Isle of Pigs (2019), released arguably their most promising title yet today, the unique couch co-op game Acron: Attack of the Squirrels!

Viveport Now Supports Valve Index, Owners Get 2 Free Months of Infinity

HTC today announced that Viveport, the company’s digital distribution platform for VR games, now supports Valve Index. Much like their previous promotion for Oculus Rift users, Valve Index owners will be able redeem two free months of Viveport Infinity, the platform’s Netflix-style subscription service that lets you play any and all participating games for a monthly fee.

The previously delayed espionage sim Espire 1: VR Operative is now scheduled for release on September 24. After earning several ‘Best of Show’ nominations at E3 and a ‘Best of Show’ award from UploadVR, Espire 1 is available for pre-order on Steam (Index, Vive, Rift, and WMR) and soon available for pre-order on PlayStation (PSVR). The game will also launch on Oculus Quest and Oculus Rift.

MRTV, the YouTube channel led by Germany-based VR enthusiast Sebastian Ang, launched a Kickstarter recently to create what he calls the MRTV Experience, which will invite the paying public to step in to try out a variety of the most recent VR headsets on offer. The location is set to open in Dortmund, Germany where Ang will also be moving his dedicated studio as well.
