BBC Worldwide and Google have partnered to bring a new BBC Earth VR experience to Daydream. Dubbed BBC Earth: Life in VR, the computer generated experience takes the user to the Californian coast, and the bustling underwater world filled with sea life nearby.

Magic Leap CEO Rony Abovitz took the stage at the Code Media conference last night to talk a little bit more about the company’s upcoming AR headset, Magic Leap One. Otoy is a rendering company that pushing the limits of digital light fields and physically-based rendering. Now that Otoy’s Octane Renderer has shipped in Unity, they’re pivoting from focusing on licensing their rendering engine to selling cloud computing resources for rendering light fields and physically-correct photon paths.
