Technolust, a forthcoming cyber-punk advernture built from the ground up with Oculus Rift support, surpassed its $30,000 CAD goal and is on its way to doubling that number with three days remaining in the Kickstarter. Oculus VR’s Community Manager, Andres Hernandez, says he backed the project for $50 and has high praise for the game.
The Forest is a forthcoming survival horror game with Oculus Rift support. A recent trailer leaves us impressed with the game’s visuals and with high hopes for its gameplay. Sixense, creators of the popular (and now rather expensive!) Hydra system, today announced to their Kickstarter backers a three month delay in delivery of their upcoming STEM motion controllers “for the sake of performance optimization.” The controllers, originally due in July, would’ve been shipped roughly around the same time as the Oculus Rift DK2 VR headset. Sixense attributes the delay to two factors.
