Although announced last month, Valve’s Half-Life: Alyx was originally slated to make its big debut at this year’s Game Awards. Budget Cuts 2: Mission Insolvency brings a lot to the table in terms of variety and action, although it edits out some of what made the first an interesting exercise in exploration and intrigue.
